Rion is a first generation Japanese Korean hairstylist and the founder of Oishi Studio. Drawing on her background in psychology and art therapy, she designed the studio as a private, calming space centered on genuine connection and personal expression.

After training in Rome and honing her craft in established salons for seven years, Rion opened Oishi Studio in 2024 to focus on mindful, tailored hair care. As a specialist in natural, seamless balayage, finely sectioned foil work, and modern layered haircuts, her approach blends technical precision with an effortless aesthetic.

When she is not behind the chair, Rion draws creative inspiration from surfing, visiting art museums, listening to live music, traveling, and spending time in nature.
